When your current Senior Pass is about to expire we will send you a new pass automatically. If your new pass renewal hasn’t arrived 4 weeks before your current pass expires, please email passes@travelsouthyorkshire.com or call 01709 515151.

If you do not provide proof of age your card will not be loaded with the entitlement to access age related discount tickets such as TM18, TM20 or TM25.
Personalised TravelMaster smartcards enable you to load products onto your card at Ticket Machines and Payzone stores.
Once you have your personalised TravelMaster smartcard you can buy your tickets in the following ways:
Your first ticket
Please visit a ticket machine located in interchanges across South Yorkshire for your first ticket. After that you can buy future tickets from ticket machines or from a Payzone store.
How to buy your ticket using Payzone
1. Visit your local Payzone store (To find your nearest Payzone store visit: Payzone Store Locator)
2. Present your personalised smartcard to the shop assistant
3. Tell the shop assistant which ticket you want to buy
4. Hand over the required cash or you can pay by debit or credit card*
* some stores do not accept card payments.
5. Take your loaded smartcard and start travelling.
Don't forget you will also need the paper counterpart to travel

Age 18 – 25?
If you are aged between 18 and 25 years you can only buy your discounted tickets from a Payzone store if you have a personalised TravelMaster smartcard and you have bought your first ticket from a ticket machine.
